Birdeez was launched with a California focus in Silicon Valley in October of 2012. Soon we updated to cover the entire nation. Since then we’ve been used in every state, even Hawaii and Alaska! To get a better picture of the Birdeez community, check out this graphic of where Birdeez users are identifying birds for the last 2 months.

Looks like we’ve touched every state! As we expected, Birdeez is more heavily used in cities than rural areas. In the future we hope to show you where birds have been identified with Birdeez in near real time!
